Saturday Night Alive Singles                                                                  11/17

Join Saturday Night Alive this coming Saturday, Nov. 17th @ 6pm to celebrate Thanksgiving together. Turkey, potatoes with gravy and dressing will be provided. Please bring a dish to share to go along with the provided food. Also they will be singing Christmas carols on Dec. 1st. They are trying to collect a fleece blanket for every resident at Black Hills Retirement Home. Please bring your gift of a fleece blanket to the Thanksgiving dinner. Church Response Community Pantry                                                 11/18

The annual Church Response Community Pantry Holiday Salute features a concert and silent auction on Sunday, Nov. 18th from 1-4pm. Emmanuel Episcopal Church, 717 Quincy Street. Silent auction items from local merchants will include gift certificates, decorating items, quilts, and hand-made items, and jewelry. Baked goods and lefse will also be sold. Rapid City Area Schools                                                                          11/26

The Rapid City Area School District will offer free developmental screenings at Jefferson School for children ages three through five. The developmental screening check a child’s development in the areas of language and articulation, concept development, hearing, vision and motor skills. Information is shared with the parent in re of child’s screening. Preschool children ages three through five will be screened on now through Nov 26th. St. Benedict's Health Center, a senior care facility in Dickinson, will be holding its 7th Annual Crab Crack on the Prairie fundraiser on Sunday, Dec. 2nd, at Lady J's Catering (20 E Broadway Street Dickinson ND).
